These terms apply to your use of vertiomedia.com. They do not govern any engagement between us — that is covered by a separate written agreement.
Using this site
You may read, print and share the pages on this site for your own business purposes. You may not copy the site's design, code, copy or images to build a competing offering, scrape it at scale, or attempt to interfere with how it runs.
What the site is, and is not
Everything here is general information about how we work. It is not advice for your specific business, and it is not an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. We only become your service provider when both sides sign a written agreement setting out scope, fees and terms.
The Leak Finder
The Leak Finder is a directional model. It multiplies the inputs you supply by fixed assumptions to illustrate where revenue is commonly lost in a funnel. It does not read your data, it is not a forecast, and it is not a quote. Do not make a financial decision on the strength of it. The real numbers come out of a teardown that looks at your actual systems.
Results and case studies
The outcomes described on this site reflect what specific clients achieved with systems we built for them. Client identities are withheld by agreement, and the figures are reported as measured at the time. Your results will depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your sales team and how much of the system you adopt. Nothing here is a guarantee of any particular result.
Requests you send us
When you submit a teardown request, please send accurate information — the review is only as good as the inputs. Do not send us confidential material belonging to someone else, or anything you are not authorised to share. What we do with your submission is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third parties
We name third-party platforms we work with — CRMs, ad platforms, automation and reporting tools. Those names and marks belong to their owners. Mentioning a platform is not a claim of partnership, endorsement or affiliation unless we say so explicitly. Any link off this site is not an endorsement of that site's content.
Ownership
The Vertio Media name, logo, site design, copy and images are ours or used with permission, and remain our property. Work we build under a client agreement is owned as that agreement specifies — for our clients, that means the accounts, workflows, pages and data are theirs.
Availability and liability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
